**Return Window**
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
**Eligibility**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn)
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
**IMPORTANT — Safety Equipment (PPE)**
Due to safety regulations, any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — including harnesses, helmets, lanyards, descenders, ascenders, and slings — must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact for safety and liability reasons. Used safety equipment cannot be returned.
**How to Start a Return**
To start a return, contact us at sales@bravusstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Petzl products with manufacturing defects, Petzl's manufacturer warranty may also apply. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn PPE / safety equipment (harnesses, helmets, lanyards, etc.)
- Custom or special-order items
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

**Shipping Costs**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
**Petzl Manufacturer Warranty**
Bravus Store is an authorized Petzl dealer. Petzl products may be covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product or visit petzl.com for details.
